  • A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

    Your order is confirmed once the deposit is received and your order is accepted.

    Weekend and wedding dates book quickly, inquire early.

    Please still inquire if your date is sooner as I may have availability.

  • Free delivery within Toronto and Durham Region.

    For Custom Cakes and Cupcakes.

    Delivery outside these areas is available for an additional fee based on distance.
    Please provide the correct delivery address and your preferred delivery time window. Delivery is the safest option for transporting your cake.

  • Pickup is in Ajax, Ontario, Canada.

    Pickup dates and times will be discussed and arranged during the inquiry process.

    Transport Tips: Keep your vehicle cool and place the cake on a flat surface, preferably the floor. Drive carefully, avoid sudden stops, and always carry the cake level with both hands supporting the bottom of the box.

  • The 50% deposit is non refundable.
    If you cancel 7 or more days before your cake due date, a refund of any remaining balance paid may be provided.
    Cancellations within 7 days are not eligible for a refund. Wedding orders follow a stricter policy due to limited availability.

  • Please include any food allergies or dietary restrictions in your inquiry.

    My buttercream frosting contains almond extract, but it can be omitted upon request.

    I have successfully catered to many nut-free events in the past without any reported issues. However, my cakes are not prepared in a nut-free facility, and while I take precautions to minimize cross-contamination, I cannot guarantee that my products are completely free from nut allergens.

    Customers with severe nut allergies should exercise caution before placing an order.
